Alright, another place to review! On request by the creator of this intriguing place. It may not look like much, but this is one case where you can’t “judge a place by it’s screenshot/title” 😉

At first, I started playing and was dismayed. It was honestly boring, and the scripts appeared to be broken. Well, I was wrong. After inviting a friend, I encountered how amazing this place really was.

This is one of those simple places that are extremely fun. It isn’t complex, but a decent amount of work has been put into it. The only problem I can see is that the grappling gun can be frustrating to use sometimes… occasionally throwing you down those 10 levels of bricks you just carefully climbed 🙂

The point of the place is to simply race to hit the gold block, which then changes its location. However, it is not easy to locate the gold brick or reach it when you have. The hardest part, of course, is to do that before anyone else does 🙂 You get a point if you touch the gold brick. That’s it.

Scripting: 6/10. The brick changes its location, and there is a leaderboard. However, there does not seem to be any sort of “round”, ie. after 5-10 minutes the scores do not reset (with a winner declared). However, there is still room for improvement.
Tools: 4/5. A reset tool, or some sort of method incase you get stuck might be a good idea, but perhaps unnecessary. The grappling gun is the only tool there, and that is a good thing.
Building: 10/10. The building has been done extremely well. Like obstacle courses? This place is just right for you! Like puzzles! This place is just right for you! Like racing! Same thing! This place is a wonderful Roblox “mountain climbing” thriller.
General Enjoyment: 6/10. I am suspecting that there would be less fun when there are more people, easily getting to the target before you due to a chance of a head start. However, that is to no fault of waffles714. I still think this place is very enjoyable. Unfortunately, it will get dull for some fairly quickly. It is one of those “have fun for awhile” places.
Originality: 10/10. This is a classic example of something worth a 10/10 originality rating. Completely new idea (to my knowledge).
Creativity: 7/10. This place shows acceptable creativity. The building is shown to be very creative. However, there is always room for improvement 🙂
Ease of Use: 2/10. The grappling gun is very difficult to use. On the plus side, this gives an added challenge and increases the amount you have to think to get to your destination. This is not a mindless racing game!
Easy to Learn: n/a. There are few instructions, but it is not difficult to learn what is going on, especially once the place gets popular.
Deals with Problems: 5/5. I cannot see any major problems, however the place has been designed to try and avoid any that may come up.
Deals with Lag: n/a. Except for server-lag, this place has very little in it with only 176 bricks.
Bonus: 0.2 for puzzle challenge effect described in the Ease of Use.

Overall: 7.3/10. One of the higher marks I have awarded, and yet for such a tiny place! Once again, see my former posts for reasons on why that is. In short, it is because this place is original, creative, and works well for what it was designed for. Have fun with this place!

at first, he was just gonna have fun with the grapple and make a “grapple world” then I told him about my gold brick thing, and asked him if he wanted to use it to make a game. then I spent an hour trying to explain to him how to copy it from one place to another and how to ue it XD.
